Ticket Information for the #ChampionsLeague

The anticipation for the new season is greater than ever and that is not just for the players. TSG Hoffenheim fans can hardly wait for the season to start. The fixtures for the UEFA Champions League group-stage is enough to get the heart beating faster, and demand for tickets is high. TSG Hoffenheim season-ticket holders enjoy the right to buy pre-sale tickets for the #ChampionsLeague. All information will be announced in August, before the group draw on the 30 August in Monaco.

Season-ticket holders can already start making arrangements to convert their seats from the Bundesliga to the Champions League, but please be aware of the following:

Order forms are only for standing tickets.

Order forms will only be available for standing season-ticket holders. Seat ticket holders must convert their ticket online (www.hoffe-live.de) or in the ticket shop at the WIRSOL Rhein-Neckar-Arena for Champions League fixtures.

TSG recommends that you thoroughly check your online account ahead of time, to avoid any issues when converting tickets.

• 1. I am a season-ticket holder (the bill payer) and I often book tickets online:

Log yourself on to www.hoffe-live.de as per usual (using your username, e-mail or account number) and go to 'My Account' > 'Address' Here you will see your customer number from your electronic season-ticket/season-ticket paper copy – this is where you will find your customer number listed (see image 1). Should the customer number not appear or not match, then please contact us: (Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 CET) on 07261-9493-0 (then press 2 for Ticketing) or contact us via e-mail (ticketing@achtzehn99.de).

2. I am a season-ticket holder (the bill payer), but have never booked tickets online:

Please visit www.hoffe-live.de and refer to 'sign on/register' (image 4) and click on 'I forgot my password' (image 5). Then enter your customer number (this can be found on your electronic ticket as well as your paper copy.) Then click on 'submit application'. If your customer account is linked to an email address you will receive a link within 15 minutes which will enable you to change your password. If there is no e-mail address linked to your account, please refer to our Stammplatz site (www.achtzehn99.de/stammplatz): This is where you can send us your e-mail address manually. After successful submission (the process takes one working day), you will receive an email from us, with which you can start the 'I forgot my password' process, which will enable you to log in.

Upon successful log in and registration, you are ready for TSG Hoffenheim's season in the UEFA Champions League. Now it's just a matter of patience, but as promised, we will inform you, at the start of August, with all information you need regarding our fixtures in the Champions League!
