Markus Babbel: The second half was really good; I can't blame the team for anything there. But we can't sleep through an entire half, we have to do better. We made too many mistakes in it that led to goals. You get punished for things like that. We have to learn quickly how to be more compact and react more aggressively. We haven't got the balance right yet.

Lorenz-Günther Köstner: There's nothing like a win. Our defensive performance was first-class today. Diego Benaglio kept us in the game before the break. He kept everyone calm. It was important to go one better after the Leverkusen game. I'm proud of my team.

Sejad Salihovic: We made decisive mistakes and went 2-0 down quickly. We played well in the second half but we deserved to lose. The positive thing is that the team didn't give up. We have to play like we did in the second half, then we will have a chance of picking up points next week.

Vincenzo Grifo: It's always difficult to say what the issue was. We should have woken up in the first half and controlled the game from the start.

Sebastian Rudy: We weren't going for the ball with enough aggression in the first half. We have to improve that.

Naldo: I'm delighted that I scored again. We got three points and we have to carry on like that. We had some luck in the second half. Diego Benaglio kept us in the game.
