Raitala to leave Hoffenheim
TSG 1899 Hoffenheim's Finnish international midfielder Jukka Raitala has agreed a deal with Dutch Eredivise side SC Heerenveen and will join at the end of the current season. The details of the transfer have not been disclosed.
Raitala arrived in Sinsheim at the beginning of the 2009-10 season from HJK Helsinki and made two appearances in his debut Bundesliga campaign. He has spent the last two seasons out on loan, first with SC Paderborn 07 and later with CA Osasuna.
