Boris Vukcevic's condition remains critical, but stable

Boris Vukcevic remains in intensive care in a hospital in Heidelberg. According to TSG's information, the Hoffenheim player's condition remains critical, but stable. The 22 year old is still in an induced coma and the club is keeping in contact with Vukcevic's family.

Sporting director Andreas Müller, following a meeting with the TSG-executives on Sunday: “We've discussed how we will address the situation internally. We know that Boris is in good hands at the hospital and can only hope that his condition becomes more stable.”

The Bundesliga squad will take two days off following Saturday's match against Augsburg, and will next train this coming Tuesday (15.30 CET).

Müller: “The players should be with their families and try and clear their minds as best they can. Of course they have the opportunity to come to the training centre at any time, where there will always be someone they can speak to, should they need to.”
