Babbel promises: “We won't repeat that kind of display”

The rebuilding started on the journey home on Saturday evening, and continued through to training on Sunday morning. The coaching team of Markus Babbel and Rainer Widmayer now have a job to do, with match analysis bound to pick up some weaknesses in the side, particularly in defence. “We will do some rigorous analysis and go through everything with the team, right down to the last detail. The lads have got some intensive training sessions ahead of them. I can promise that we won't repeat that kind of display in the Bundesliga opener in Gladbach”, confirmed Babbel. There's not long to go: The Kraichgau club start their Bundesliga campaign with an away game this coming Saturday the 25 August at 15.30 CET. The opponents are Champions League qualifiers Borussia Mönchengladbach.
