Quarterfinals: 1899 travel to Energie Cottbus

After ending up in one of the tougher draws from the round of 16 in the German Cup, 1899 Hoffenheim have been given an easier task in the quarterfinals as they have been drawn against Energie Cottbus on the 2. Bundesliga. Having overcome Borussia Mönchengladbach in the last round, the draw for the quarterfinals took place earlier this week in the Mercedes-Benz-Arena in Suttgart. Energie Cottbus were rewarded with a home fixture having unexpectedly beaten VfL Wolfsburg in the previous round. The ties will take place on 25th/26th January 2011 and the exact times and dates for each will be released closer to the date.
